All our products are made to order. Orders take 4-14 business days to be processed. Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be shipped based on the shipping method selected. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included if granted a refund.

We offer rush orders to ensure you receive your items for a specific date. The Rush Order Fee is $50. It is available to add on when you view your cart before checkout. Please be sure to add your desired date in the special instructions box. Select preferred shipping method. Pre-order items are not eligible for rush shipping.

Pick Up In ATLANTA is available. Address for pick up location will be emailed when the order is ready for fulfillment.

If you believe that your package is delayed, lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
