Refund policy

All sales are final!

All items are made to order and we do not allow exchanges or refunds unless the item is damaged upon arrival  or you have received the wrong item. If special circumstances are approved, customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. 

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for creating shipping label, but we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shilovesclothing.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHILOVES CLOTHING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES ONCE SHIPPED. PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER FOR DELIVERY ISSUES. EACH PACKAGE IS INSURED, CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF PACKAGE IS LOST.
